Industry 4.0 keynote presentation in ICTM Conference in Kharkiv
The head of our Department was invited to present a plenary speech about Industry 4.0 in Kharkiv. The international conference was organized by the Kharkiv Aviation Institute and Chinese, Vietnamese, Polish, Russian, Spanish and naturally Ukrainian scientists have participated.
Learning Factory Workshop in Stuttgart
We had very active weeks during the prior period. Two colleagues of the Department participated in the Learning Factory Workshop in Stuttgart. István Biró and Tibor Szalay tied to catch some exciting ideas that would introduce in the Pilot Cyber-physical Production System, which is started to build in our Laboratory.

Consortium meeting of the EPIC in Berlin
The sixth consortium meeting of the EPIC (Horizon 2020 teaming project) was held in Berlin. Fraunhofer IPK was our host at the three-day event, with Dr Tibor Szalay (right on the picture) and Norbert Geier representing our department. MTA SZTAKI, EPIC Innolabs Kft, IPK, IPT, IPA and FhA were represented at the event.
