The SINUMERIC 840D controller of the Topper TMV 510 machining centre of the Department of Manufacturing Science and Engineering was changed and installed with the help of Siemens Zrt. After completing this project, the company representatives (Tam\u00e1s Jer\u00e1nek CEO, L\u00e1szl\u00f3 Attila Sz\u00e1nt\u00f3 Operations Manager, Imre Kov\u00e1cs Partner Management Executive) visited the department’s laboratory. During the discussion, the education and training vision of Siemens, the possible future cooperation, and the development plans of the department\u2019s laboratory were also introduced. The guests looked around the laboratory and saw the BME Cyber-Physical Manufacturing System, the machine tool renewed by Siemens and the Siemens PLC laboratory realised in the Department.<\/p>\n
