<\/p>\nOur young colleague, PhD student D\u00e1niel Istv\u00e1n Po\u00f3r, visited the international expo JEC World 2023 (Paris, 25-27 April 2023) organised in the field of composite materials. At the exhibition, 1135 companies and research institutes from all over the world presented their latest material development results, current trends in composite production and manufacturing technology, and the role of Industry 4.0 in composite manufacturing technology. Furthermore, many interesting high-tech areas of the application of composites were also presented.<\/p>\n
He was able to hold a successful meeting with his current research partners from the USA, the CEO and colleagues of Mallinda Inc. In addition, he managed to acquire new professional relationships at several companies (e.g. Tivoly, Sandvik Coromant, Roboticom, Seron, Dassault Systemes), which may provide opportunities for future collaborations and research.<\/p>\n
